Move
Physical wellness & mobility — chair yoga, gentle movement, balance training and fall prevention that keep the body capable and confident.
That wellness should reach everyone — at every age, in every body, wherever they are.
Connected Wellness Network began with a question our founder, Katrina, kept coming back to: why is real wellness so hard to access for the people who need it most?
So much of the wellness world is built for those who are already well — the able-bodied, the young, the people who can get to a studio. Meanwhile, a senior in a care home, a young athlete without a mentor, or a team burning out at the office quietly go without. The programs exist. The access doesn't.
CWN was created to close that gap. Instead of asking people to come to wellness, we bring wellness to them — into retirement homes, schools, workplaces and community spaces — delivered by certified, caring instructors who meet each person exactly where they are.
What started as chair yoga and a few wellness talks grew into a connected network of programs across four communities, all built on one framework: Move. Learn. Connect.

Isolation, inactivity and disconnection quietly erode quality of life — especially for seniors and youth. Movement keeps the body capable. Learning keeps the mind engaged. Connection keeps the heart full. People don't just need exercise; they need to feel seen, capable and part of something.
To improve quality of life through accessible wellness programs that encourage movement, lifelong learning and social engagement — for every body and every age, wherever people gather.
Every body, every age, every ability. We modify before anyone has to ask.
We meet people with warmth and respect — never rushed, never condescending.
Certified, insured instructors. A safe modification always beats a risk.
We build belonging. No one should pursue wellness alone.
